DELIVERIES & RETURNS

UK DELIVERIES

All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays). During busier times please allow 3 working days for your order to be shipped to you.

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. We send all parcels via Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard delivery. There is the option to pay to upgrade to 1st Class Standard delivery at the checkout.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THE UK

We currently do not offer delivery outside of the UK through our website, but you can order via our Etsy shop www.kindofsimpledesigns.etsy.com

RETURNS

All returns are payable by the customer. Please request to return any unwanted items within 14 days by following the instructions below.

Prints ~ all of our prints are printed on-demand, we accept refunds on non-personalised prints. Personalised prints are non-refundable. 

Cards ~ all of our cards are printed on-demand, we accept refunds on non-personalised cards. Personalised cards are non-refundable.

Please email kindofsimpledesigns@gmail.com to request a refund. Items must be returned in an unused and new condition, and returned in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in the best condition. We advise returning items via a tracked service, as lost returns cannot be refunded.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we hope that all orders arrive in the same condition that we dispatch them in. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please email us kindofsimpledesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your faulty/damaged item, and we will do our best to resolve this for you!
